New to investing. I have a previous primary home that is now a rental and cash flowing very well. I would like to get into small multifamily to increase cash flow and reach financial independence. Along the way I would also like to keep appreciation in mind as future retirement.

New to Real Estate
I am currently wrapping up a career in the military. I do not want to have a 9-5 job once I leave the military. I am extremely interested in real estate investing and looking to build my business over the next few years. I have recently finished my first deal and have many lessons learned.
