I currently work as a lead generator for an REI business located in a different state. My employer has been impressed with my work and contacted me regarding this site so I could learn more, along with my partner, about the business and how to possibly expand at some point in the future.
New investor...just learning the ropes. My brother and I have formed an LLC to invest in RE. Fix & flips are our interests also learning about wholesaling.
For the last 20 years, I've been a fairly successful software engineer. Prior to that, for 26 years I owned and operated a restaurant company with restaurants in four states. I've reached that point in my life where it is time to consider a new career.
