I am a full time General Contractor / remodeler with a focus on residential remodeling. I enjoy working on all aspects of home repair/ remodeling. One of my hobbies has been building wooden boats and other woodworking projects. I have found myself browsing homes for sale anytime I can for the past few years.
We have 3 properties including our private residence. I'm basically interested in learning all I can, so I manage the 2 rentals wisely. I'm also interested in others' experiences with STRs, such as Airbnb. The property next door to ours is an Airbnb rental, so I'm watching her calendar stay impressively booked.
