Full time career in tech for the past decade.
In 2016 I bought my first place in cash and now have 3 properties all that have positive cash flow. I love learning about real estate & real estate investing , and in the next 5 years my goal is to make it my full time time job, or at least have the freedom to do any job I want....

I've been working in the residential mortgage industry for years as a loan officer and processor. I have just recently began real estate investing in the Dallas area and possibly a little bit in Austin. I'd like to get good enough at this that I could quit mortgages and also would like to help others achieve a similar goal.
I have been working as a freelance translator and been trying to make it online for some time. Real estate just has really caught me, so I am learning and learning. I am American and live in Germany. Found BiggerPockets through their podcast.
I am a newbie investor in real estate. After much research, late last year I jumped in to my first buy-and-hold rental deal. Things are going well so far. I now am looking to take my real estate portfolio to the next level and looking to learn together on this site.
