I am a Certified Public Accountant working in the real estate industry. I have 5 years of Public Accounting experience in the tax area, and in 2016 I made a change to work for a REIT advisory company.
My goal is to purchase a second residential investment property, 4 units or less, by December 2020.
I just graduated from Dental School and I want to learn to invest in multifamily rental properties and hope to successfully be invested within a year of opening this account. I recently relocated to Jupiter Fl from Marina Del Rey California.
