I bought my first home in Feb /017 in Oakland Ca. It currently has a rental and I own an Airbnb management company. I am in renewable energy and work in EV market allocation funds and rebates for electric vehicle charging stations in the San Francisco Bay Area. My goal is to be a real estate investor for cash flow and long term growth.
