Working as the Director of Leasing Operations for the LeFrak Organization in NYC. I oversee a 17,000 unit portfolio across 97 buildings around the tri state area.
I am currently in the US Coast Guard. Started our real estate venture in Duluth, MN in 2017. As we move around we want to take advantage of that as much as possible while we can.
I work in corporate finance and make a living by looking at investment opportunities and corporate financial planning.
I moved to the US from Switzerland 2 years ago, I bought my 1st apartment and now I live in it- looking for more investment opportunities with the objective of achieving financial freedom as soon as possible!
I'm a New product Engineer for a semi-conductor company in Austin. My wife is a former Elementary school Teacher now turned stay at home mom, and Property Manager. We have been learning about real estate for the past few years, through bigger pockets.
