im 41 years old still living paycheck to paycheck..... i have a good job own two properties, one i currently reside in and one in my home state of Oklahoma. i left the house for my mother in Oklahoma to use as a cash flow for herself... and bad tennants destroyed the property after being evicted for not paying rent in 5 months of living there...
