I am in investor in the San Antonio area and have been so since the end of march 2014, looking primarily for fix and flip properties. I am still open to find some rental and wholesale deals as well.

We buy, remodel or rehab then sell retail... single or multi family homes in the greater Charlotte, NC area... any price, any condition. I was a General Contractor with a residential remodeling business in Westchester County NY. I bought & sold several of my own properties. Eventually I bought land & built on speculation.
