I published a book December 2011 with Wiley Canada called “Investing in Condominiums: Strategies, Tips and Expert Advice for the Canadian Real Estate Investor.”
I am a realtor with the Danberry Company, the leading real estate company in Northwest Ohio.
I have 6 SFR now and want to a start short sales business. I have a small line of credit established but would like to find sources of money for short sales. I work at a sand and gravel company now but am trying to get established to quit that and go on my own.
I love investing of all kinds in Real Estate. I would love to invest more in Commercial Multi-Family. I currently own and manage 16 Units, that include one triplex, 4 duplexes, and 9 single family homes. Real Esate is my passion, besides being an artist and owner of Excel Glass Art, Inc a custom stained glass company.
Here I am, just a noob in the real estate arena. I have a regular job during the day and do my real estate business during the night. About me: I am going to be successful so I can have the financial freedom most americans only dream about.
