I'm brand new to real estate and want to start as a wholesaler/bird dog to get some money under my belt. Eventually I'd like to use the money I've made to fix and flip and invest in long term residual money through rentals.

I would like to learn the different areas in investing in real estate, how to measure a market and whether it is a good way to invest and overall gain as much knowledge as possible. I currently use real estate as a retirement egg as well as residual income to save and obtain more.
