I have been investing in real estate since 2003 and went full-time in 2008. My primarily focus is fix and flip, but would like to branch out to wholesaling.
I am an investor of about two years. I have two houses and am in the midst of getting our third. I am looking to move from having rentals to possibly flipping. But for now, I love being a landlord.
Eager to learn as much as possible about building my rental real estate portfolio, with the goal of creating passive income to eventually live on. I want to give great people a beautiful place to visit or live, while ensuring I have more financial security in my life.
