I am 34 years old, born in Montana, moved to California, then to Minnesota in 96 and lived there ever since. I'm married with two son one is 4 and the other is about to turn 1 year old. I have my Associate's degree in computer electronics, from ITT Tech and my Bachelor's in Applied Management from Dunwoody College of Technology.
My husband and I decided to start investing in real estate to help better prepare us for our future. We now own 3 multi-unit properties, brought back to life after a full rehab. We have no problem with hard work but there has got to be an easier way. Its next to impossible to find anyone who wants to work or who will finish a job.
