I am in partnership with a California LLC who facilitates the real estate transaction on my behalf from beginning to end. Their best interests is on me the (client and property purchaser) and since we split the profits 50/50. Profits can go over $385K each. I then can split my profits with an angel/equity invetor who partners with me.
