I am twenty-one and have worked mainly labor jobs. Though I enjoy labor work I am considering getting into real estate. I am hoping this forum will help me either decide for it or against it and provide really great advice either way.

I've had my license now for 4 years and have enjoyed going to work every day during that time. I work for a property management company in a fast growing college town. I'm looking to start my own portfolio in rental properties soon.
