Completely new to real estate investing! Looking to learn as much as I can!
I am 34 years old. I live in Florida and work in the cabinet industry. I don't have any experience in real estate but I am very interested in it and I am learning all I can right now about it until I can afford my license. I am tired of seeing everyone else make the money off the homes I am working on.

Moved to Canada a while back. Focused on finding the first investment property. Have the money for 10-15% downpayment on most properties but based on being a new mover to the country, no credit rating!
I just started my professional career as a Software Developer after graduating college in May 2015. I've always strived to do something productive in my spare time and recently found an interest in real estate over the past couple years. I recently bought my first duplex as owner occupied to save money and start my real estate adventure.
After college I got into online advertising and moved up the ranks. I've helped all sorts of companies achieve positive ROI growth with paid advertising on Facebook and other channels.
6 years later I'm at the point where I have some extra cash and wouldn't mind getting my hands dirty in some flips.
