I was a part time real estate investor with 17 properties. I did not get out in time, before the housing bust. Would like to get back into investing. Have knowledge in the industry, need an exit strategy, and do one property at a time.

My husband and I work full time. We have been interested in flipping homes for a few years now. Not quite sure how it works so we are hoping to get some useful information here. We moved from our family that we basically gutted and redid a few months and had a lot of fun with it.
