I am a CPA working in house for at New Land Enterprises that is developing the world's tallest timber building. I own 3 commercial and 20 residential units mainly in Washington Heights in Milwaukee. Ideally I am looking for 4-20 unit buildings to continue investing through Joint Ventures.
