Residential Insurance Agent for SoCal AAA looking to get into real estate investing
I am a 29 year old real estate investor based in the Portland, OR region. I have high aspirations for large multi-family buy and hold investing.
I am based in the SF Bay Area and learning how to rehab local properties with the goal of building a rental portfolio of BRRRR properties as well. Currently focused on the Jacksonville, FL and Cincinnati, OH markets.
Transitioning into a new career field and I have always been interested in real estate investing. I have other investments, i.e. stocks, bonds, and muni funds, but am looking to diversify.
Experience:
Learned through the school of hard knocks of how NOT to fix and flip homes in Atlanta but was able to save two deals and make a little extra money and get a better idea of the renovation process. I will be sticking to rental properties for now but would like to get back into another flip once time permits.

I am a full time police officer in WA. Also, I run a debt settlement, debt management and Credit Boosting Company. My credit boosting programs are design to help consumers quality for better financing .We also have a credit repair program that works! I am interested in investing in real estate (SFR/Multi-Family), buy and hold.
