Working in accounting has given me basic business knowledge and working in real estate makes the number crunching more interesting because you can see your dollars at work.

I'm looking to buy one or two small multi-family properties every year over the next few years and hold on to them forever. As a newbie to real estate investing, I'm open to all facets and strategies of real estate investing. At this point, I'm just trying to learn as much as possible.
