New to Real Estate
After moving to Eastern Washington for a full-time day job, we decided to set up our house in Vancouver as a rental (as opposed to selling it). We got a wonderful tenant with the lease signed and starting October 2021 for a whole year.
And we want more.
My wife and I are both sports enthusiasts, and love playing just about anything...
