Right now I am trying to learn as much about real estate investing as I can while I am still a broke college student. Once I'm finished with school, I plan to start investing in rental real estate, and possibly a few flips in the process.

I want to get started in real estate investing and want to learn as much as I possibly can. I came across the Biggger Pockets website while making a decision to go forward with additional training in a very popular real estate training program. From what I have read so far, it appears that my money would be better spent on educating myself...
