My name is Mai. I currently work full time for federal government agency. I don't think I've ever really done anything too risky in my life. I will be 33 years old soon and would like to do something different..such as looking into real estate investment.

I'm in my late 20s. I am a CPA and want to start investing in real estate. Because of independence issues the stock market is hard for me to invest in and I have always loved real estate so it seemed like a natural place to invest.
