I'm fairly new to real estate investing, but thanks to an overseas move I was able to start my journey as a real estate investor in 2017. I turned a primary residence into a rental, and from that point, I've had the rental investing bug. I'm working on acquiring single-family and multi-family properties in the Pensacola, Florida area.
