Hi guys, I'm working hard to make my first deal. All I'm seeing and interested in are foreclosed and boarded homes. To some they look like trash, but to me they look like $$$... Is that normal???

I am currently a freshman at Liberty University. Through out High School I completed the Business Management and Administrative Services program. I love the outdoors and have a desire for traveling and adventuring, but i am conscious and aware of my financial future.
