I am a Systems Engineer who has been working for companies primarily within the DoD industry since 2012. I have two daughters, a wife, and will soon have my Master's.

Starting in May 2017, I began acquiring rental properties (buy & hold). I am now up to 4 cash flowing units that rent for $1,280/month on a $500 mortgage.
