I am a newbie and people bring unlisted houses to me all the time so I want to be able to flip or Wholesale these houses. I lost out on a pocket deal 32 unit apartment complex because I did not know what to do with it. I do not want that to happen again.

I’m new to real estate investing. I’m looking for some guidance whether it be a best selling investing book to a mentor. I have been an entrepreneur for 4 years now.
