Hello all, my name is Ken, I am seeking to further grow my network, grow my investment portfolio, as well as continue generating a multi stream income. I am happily married, a father of one, and always on the hunt for knowledge and like minded individuals.
I've been not making much progress although I've been staying busy. I got into real estate and the stock market to make real money. And ended up with no money. So i guess this is a changing process i have to succeed in.
I've been a landlord for over 10 years, but I learned that is not where my heart is. I love real estate and have focused in on the note market, specifically non-performing notes. I enjoy being able to use many of the skills learned in my corporate positions as well as from my MBA education to propel my new investment company to success.
I'm a newly licensed Realtor in Marietta, GA. I have been a Barber full time for the last 17. I've been interested in real estate for quite a while but just couldn't seem to get involved until now. I'm anxious to learn and get busy working towards early retirement.
