I have bought 3 properties in Chicago so far. Looking to scale my portfolio with properties that generate a positive cash flow. I'm open to partnering and finding lenders to help me scale my portfolio. I'm also open to other Markets besides Chicago, especially Wisconsin & Indianapolis. I'm most interested in BRRRR method and AirBnB.
