I just started 10 month ago: learning, joined local REIA, compile RE buyers list. I have not purchase any RE property yet. I used to be a loan officer for mortgage company, and my goal is to become a private lender for RE investors (mainly).

I am a marine corps. Veteran and a newer real estate agent and I am loving the business but I also want to start investing but as you can imagine I am very limited when it comes to funds. I'm looking for help and guidance in order to start of my investing the right way!
