I've been investing in real estate since 2012. All of my deals have been distressed properties that I rehabbed and rented out. So far, all my deals have been buy and hold. My business starting taking off so I made the leap to full time investing about 2 years ago. Most of my deals have been single family, but do have a few multifamily's....
