I am a 20+ year Television Executive with 15+ years experience owning my own real estate. I'm not an expert, but I know quite a bit about fixing up homes. I have purchased 4 homes in the past 12 years (one of which I rented out for about 6 years). I am interested in learning more about the easiest ways to own and manage rental properties.
