I'm eager to learn all I can about real estate investing. More specifically the buy and hold side or investing. I have gone through many books on real estate investing and have one rental home. I feel that I am at the point where I need someone in my corner that I can go to for advice and guidance.
I am an older man 66 that has worked hard all his life with little to show except a collage degree. Worked as an underground minor and as a mine truck driver (380 tons). Need to show something before I die. Not interested in scams nor have the time !!! If it is real I am willing to work hard and learn hard !!
