I'm just starting out in the housing market and have someone who wants to fund my first house flip. I am very driven and goal-oriented. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'm looking forward to meeting some people in the Cincinnati area.

SIngle daddy building better homes and flipping properties during lunchtime. Real work is building my time with my little girl! Don't tell HER that lunches aren't supposed to be 12 hours per day! Ha Ha
