I have worked for realtors for years doing pest and termite control, and watched them make money with less physical labor than I was used to, and want to do the same. I have built a couple of houses from scratch and love doing this also, but I want more free time to do what I love.

Just starting in the business of rehabbing and selling real estate. Have done it on a very limited basis in the past (two properties done with partners) and am beginning to invest more intensively, planning for 3-6 properties per year. Currently employed full time.
