I'm a real estate agent-obtained my license 8 years ago, but didn't make a lot of headway transaction wise. I bought some real estate between 2005 and 2007 and rented the property out. I sold it all a few years ago. I am now entering real estate sales full time and am preparing to start an investment property portfolio as well.
