I sold Enterprise software for 17 years - read Rich Dad Poor Dad and started acquiring buy and hold real estate in 2011 with a goal of replacing my W2 income.
Today I continue to buy rental properties, do occasional joint-venture deals and I also do trust deed private lending. My focus is on passive income.
Have been in Houston two years in July from Australia. We are currently selling our house in Australia, so that we can buy over here. Not sure whether to buy a house for us first or keep renting and buy an investment property. Still need to do some research.
