I used to be a real estate investor. Did a couple of fixer uppers many years ago. Sold my 4 plex in 1999. Bought a single family home in 2000 sold it in 2005. I have the knowledge and the tools. Looking for a partner with cash or credit to start over again.
I am not new to the idea of real estate as a source of passive income. I just want to make sure I do things right. I know there are some challenges but I believe that with good planning and great knowledge about those challenges I could do very well! Any concept is an idea to reflect on.
