Well I've recently have had two major spine surgeries and now recovering, I've been looking into investing in real estate to have income coming in and not have to stress my back, so I'm just hoping I can get the best advice I can find on this site.
Own one SFR rental, formerly our primary residence. Have also bought, rehabbed, and sold two primary residences (one a foreclosure) and bought and sold another before buying the one we kept as a rental.
