I have 4 children with 2 on the way(twins) and I'm living paycheck to paycheck. I have always been interested in this practice and want to make it work for me. I work hard and learn fast and want to be able to look in the future and know i will be financially stable.
Heard about this App and Podcast! Extremely new to this area in my life. No experience, but really willing to learn about rentals or the BRRR technique. My stepfather had A rental when I was younger, but I'd like to do more than just ONE property and keep the ball rolling!
