I have invested in Real Estate since I was 19.
I started investing in Hawaii in 2008 right before leaving on a deployment to Afghanistan, got back with money saved, converted a single family into a triplex after doing a rehab that cost ENTIRELY too much. After a falling out with my business partner I liquidated all of my holdings...
