I've had rental property in the past but decided to sell. Just wanted a clean balance sheet with no debt. I've increased my savings quite a bit and may be ready soon to invest, but I'm still a little hesitant. Just don't want to buy the wrong property and dig myself into a hole.... I like being debt free except for my personal mortgage.
