I am new to the real estate investing world. I have been sitting around for a long time and keep "wanting" to do something but never do. I am now being proactive in my pursuit of real estate investment and hope to learn as much as possible from everyone.
Currently investing in my local markets of Tulare, Kern and Kings Counties with SFR and Multifamily but also invest out of state as well.
