After 26 years of labor intensive jobs and utterance the phrase "there's got to be a better way" waaaaaay too many times, i think i have finally found what i'm looking for. My main source of motivation is my 3 year old son whom i barely get to see due to slaving away in order to fill someone else's pockets.

I became an investor by chance when I decided to retain my prior residence as a rental. The house was rented for 5 years and became vacant during the Pandemic. We have since move back into the rental after rehabbing it and then sold our bigger house (a liability) at profit. I am now looking to start buying some SFHs or small MFHs to scale up....
