I'm 24 years old and just now attempting to get into the business of buying and holding. I'm a correctional officer from Miami-Dade County. I'm in the process of building my credit although it is high enough to qualify for FHA. I don't have much knowledge or experience yet but I'm eager to learn.

I recently retired from a long-term career as an economist. I have owned several properties over the years and always done well with them. I am now interested in doing this more as a career given access to substantial resources for investment.
