I'm almost completely ignorant about real estate investing. I recently started listening to podcasts and audible books. I'm ready to start at the bottom to learn. Any help and wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

I got my license strictly for my own real estate investing. I am primarily focused on Subject to and Lease Options, 2ndary Wholesale, 3rd rehab. Mu husband is a new home builder and we do rehabs. We have owned several rentals. Our new method of obtaining rentals is Subject to. Love love the creative side of real estate!
