I currently own and operate 2 short term rental properties, 1 in Bonita Springs FL, and 1 in Ocean City NJ. I'm currently looking for a 2 to 4 unit multiplex with a decent cashflow, hopefully at least 8% COC. I'd love to meet up with fellow newbies around my area to strategize with and bounce ideas off of.
Experience:
In have 7+ years in the real estate industry. I've worked for a multinational consultancy and an Estonian developer + agency. Through this experience and the fact that I am involved in the management of some family apartments and commercial properties, I have developed a very strong interest in investing.
