I am a rather young investor, and have no personal experience. However, my father has owned his own business, took a small step into real estate, and is currently paying the house we live in now off a tenant who lives in the basement, my rent, and his savings....
A little about me. I love real estate investing and enjoy learning how to hone my skills. There's also a love of beaches, working out, and spending time with loved ones.
My strategy is to buy quality Class A SFHs no older than 20 years and hold them for long term. I've been fortunate to enjoy healthy cashflow and equity growth. I started investing in real estate in 2008. My portfolio is based in Idaho. Honored to be a member of the BP community.
