I first became interested in wholesale marketing a few years back. During my quest for knowledge, I stumbled upon BP which I found very illuminating. I am here to gain more knowledge and hopefully strike out on my own some day. I have recently signed on with a local flipper and am very excited to get started and learn!

First deal was a WSU condo - selling that place and looking for another investment property in Spokane/coeur D Alene area.
Also have a VRBO apt at my home in Sandpoint.
