Former SFH turned new MHP investor!
I'm a full-time supervisor at a 911 Center, a part-time mortgage loan originator, and a landlord, having been in the buy-and-hold REI arena for about three years.
In my free time, I love cycling, hiking with my Blue Heeler, and knocking out DIY projects.
I have not yet started my real estate journey. I currently machine brake drums and hubs for semi trucks and trailers. I am saving up for a house hack and am currently attending classes online to get my broker's license. I'm hoping to be able to move into my first house hack within the next year or two.
